Our primary trade colors are; Yellow, White and Black.

OUR RESPONSIBILITY TO YOU.

The purpose for which a business is created is to provide the convenient stop from which all members of the civil society could buy and sell products and services to one another, freely without prejudice. Follow civil rules and regulations, and of course, exercise good judgment in the management of the on-going relations with all who come in contact with us. USER (CUSTOMER)

The use of our site, mRoadSide Marketplace is free, whether you are browsing to see if you could find what you like, or a customer who buys
items from us. In the role of a browsing “visitor”, you are designated a fan/user whose intent is to buy something if you are able to find something that meets your price, quality expectations, or just doing your price comparison thing. Since your role is limited, you will not
be able to share your comments, or suggestion with us because you have to have an account to be able to tell us what you thought of. Users without an account can contact us, or report a fraud.

REGISTERED USERS

A registered user is defined as a user who has joined, or created an account with us and has been granted access to the user environment of our website. In this role, you can comment on anything, contact vendors/merchants, change your password, buy, or return products without hassle, get the notification about deals on products, and can upgrade to become a vendor if you have anything you want to sell.

SOME RULES TO FOLLOW:

A user in any role is a user we ordinary expect would use our site, and not do anything we may recognize as adverse to our credibility, and economic interest.
You may not introduce into our network systems malicious computer codes, or engage in any activity that would breach the security of our system, or use a secondary software to browse, or manipulate our software, other than a publicly available browser to view, buy, sell, post comments or products. Such action would cause severe damage to our software and networks.
You shall not engage in any activity directly, or indirectly, but construed as computer hacking, intent to download sensitive, or confidential data from our server, or network systems.
You are responsible for all transactions carried out with your account, including transactions carried out by the authorized user of your account. Any unpaid transaction will be billed to your account.
mRoadSide, the parent company, and all affiliated companies shall not be held liable for damages directly, indirectly or consequential during periods when we may be having technical difficulties, and/or any other situation that may temporarily create a void in service delivery.
You will grant mRoadSide, and any affiliated company the opportunity to ratify any issue to normalcy at the earliest time possible. If the situation could not be ratified to your satisfaction, the extent of our financial liability to you, and company will be the equivalent of prorating the service price, and a refund of the unused portion of the listing period is remitted to you. All another indemnity to you shall not be greater than the price paid for the listing, or membership plan period.
You shall not engage in fraudulent returns of products by switching, swapping parts, or deliberate defacing that reduces the quality, thereby making it eligible for returns/refund.
You shall follow, and abide by our Listing policy that state, which products are allowed to be sold through our marketplace, and products that are not allowed to be sold.
Shall not engage in any activity that jeopardizes the security of customers in the handling of any material that holds the customer’s names.
Will not pursue any legal action against us for the unauthorized intrusion, or breach of our website security systems, which is no fault of ours, rather a random, or targeted act of cybercrime, calculated to cause hysteria, and disrepute to our marketplace.
Shall immediately report any sign of fraud recognized on our website, or credit card billing statements whose transaction origin points to our marketplace.
You, and/or agent will accept our offer of request to remedy any actions or activities, which may be purposeful, or, inadvertent, but deem adverse to the business interest of mRoadSide, and family of companies.
You grant us the authorization to verify you are who you say you are as a vendor. This we understand will reduce the chances of being “cloned”, or, use of pirated personal/business information, which scammers can use to create pseudo-legitimacy. A verified vendor is often trusted by the consumer community.
We encourage that you feel free to share, or talk about your experience with mRoadSide, as long as, your reviews are not deliberate attempts to distort the vendor’s credibility, and/or mRoadSide. We do not encourage you to submit a fake review(s) of a product, either to enhance the favorability, or distaste. We believe our vendors and customers deserve honest and unbiased review(s). Our policy regarding reviews is in alignment with the U.S Consumer Review Fairness Act that protects the customer to exercise their rights to review a product they have bought without fear of legal reprimand.
The use of our trade tools, which include; logo, Buy This button is not allowed without permission. You may use the Buy This button to promote your store, or items, as long as, you state it is the property of mRoadSide, and yourself as, “A mRoadSide Vendor, or “A mRoadSide Marketplace Vendor” the link should point to your store at mRoadSide marketplace. The use of our logo to create your stationery is prohibited. Any shipping materials with our logo on it will be supplied by, or approved by mRoadSide. No modification is allowed when samples are available from mRoadSide of approved graphics that should appear on shipping materials.
We will terminate, and close your account and membership when we feel your relationship with our marketplace is not serving the interest of our company, or yourself, who is the customer or vendor without notice. An infraction of our policy, which we can measure as deliberate will be cause for suspension, or, termination of site use privileges.

REFUND POLICY:

We have a very simple and flexible refund policy. If within 30 days of purchasing a product from mRoadSide, and you are not satisfied with the product you can return it for a full refund.

BUYER AND SELLER PROTECTION:

One common way we work to protect the interest of the buyer and seller is to establish truth in the selling and buying process. Miscommunication is often the source of every discord. To control this, we recommend using the communication tools available on our site to effect a conversation with a vendor, and vendor to a customer, by so doing, you have copies of all your conversation with vendors and customers in your account dashboard, which we can refer to, should there arise a bad transaction. Furthermore, you avoid any instances of losing money.

DISPUTE RESOLUTION:

Our approach to problem resolution is designed to be less fatiguing to all parties involved. Everyone that buys and sell does so for the rewarding experience. During this exercise, some transaction may become bad, creating strain, or dispute that would have to be resolved. If every method, we outlined in our policy could not resolve the issue, and our final solution is not acceptable to both parties, we would recommend an independent arbitrator to work with both parties to resolve the issue. The cost of these sessions will be the responsibility of both parties involved. These costs can be high, and up-front payment is required.

AGE REQUIREMENT

You have to be of legal age to buy and sell some items on our website. Such items as; Adult materials, dangerous toys, and wine etc. We recognize the age of consent to be 18 years of age. When listing products for children age 13 years old and under, you must show all necessary warning labels to buyers, and a selling statement that clearly informs the parents of potential injuries the toy may cause to the users.

TAX, OR VATS:

Sales or Value Added Tax are excise taxes government collect from shoppers at the Point-Of-Sale (POS). These taxes vary based on the region you reside in. If sales tax/vat is mandated in any region where we do business, we will carry out our civic responsibility, and collect the required taxes for the government that requested the collection. CANCELING YOUR MEMBERSHIP, OR CLOSING YOUR ACCOUNT.

An email announcing your intent is sufficient, but all pending transactions will remain open until finalized. This means, all refunds due to you will be delivered to you, or your account, and you are liable for unpaid transactions generated with your account. It may take up to 5 business days for your account to enter into inactive status.

Members who chose to close their accounts, and withdraw their membership can do so after the expiration of the term of your membership. If you are on the monthly subscription plan, you do not have to wait to the end of the current term because, you are on a month to month plan, which grants you the privilege to cancel at the end of the current month. Your account will automatically expire if you fail to renew your membership. We will owe you all proceeds from the sale for which you have not been paid, you will be required to bring your account current to prevent delinquency.
