mRoadSide, as well as, other well meaning companies is committed to operating in an environment that promote security and harmony to all that comes in contact with us, whether online, or physical shopping stores. We promote anti-fraud in our regular transactions, and supporting communication with our customers. If you feel, or catch instances were you suspect we may have caused you to be defrauded, even when we feel it may have been inadvertent, you can contact us directly by using the form below to tell us of your experience.

If you are a registered customer, and see transactions in your statement that you did not recognize, login into your account, and send a message to the mRoadSide Marketplace store from which your statement identify sold you a product for which a charge is logged on your billing statement. When the nature of the fraud regards a product(s) you have seen being sold through our marketplace, you can send us your feedback describing your suspicion.

Should you not be satisfied with our resolution, you can file a complaint with the United States Federal Trade Commission at;  FTC_COMPLAINT

We are equally committed to protecting ourselves from fraud, just as we are in protecting you from fraud. We are also asking for your assistance in helping us protect ourselves by not engaging in any transaction with us using credentials that does not belong to you, or have authorization to use.

You can also help reduce fraud by returning the exact product in the condition in which you have received it, and not degrade the product, so it may qualify for a refund.

Not leaving a false review is yet another way you can help us reduce fraud, which is both unfair to us, and the public.
