All registered customers are required to login into their account, to start the process of resolving the dispute that may have arisen from a transaction. You may elect to have the product replaced, or receive refunds.
If all else fails, you and the retail merchants could attempt to resolve the dispute using arbitrating methods. This method can be costly to both parties depend on the money involved.
