Our vendors do not have access to your financial information, the only information we may have is your shipping address. While the investigation is on-going, you are responsible for all charges and purchases from mRoadSide, which include charges by your children and other family members. It is your responsibility to control the access to your debit and credit cards by your family members and close associates.

Vendors whose products include products used by children, and so, market and advertise these products to children, or related products to their parents on our site must adhere to the FTC rule stated in Section 5 governing methods used in advertising to promote goods and services. This rule requires Truth in Adverting, no part of the information used to promote these product(s) shall have ambiguous wording that may mislead a customer to make a favorable decision regarding the product on sale.

WE ARE A COPPA (Children’s Online Privacy Protection Rule) COMPLIANCE COMPANY.

In compliance with Coppa regulations, provide information about the ratings on entertainment media products to adequately inform the underage audience and their parents of violent content in the media before they make a purchase. Merchants/Vendors are required to devote a section of the page on which the material is listed for sale to show their Disclaimer information, which again should clearly address the concern for the distribution of such product/and content to 17 years and under. Such ratings as R, PG, X, MA, E (Everyone) T (Teen) A (Adults) Explicit Content should be visible and easily noticed on the page on which the product is being advertised.
