Shipping Policy
We ship world-wide, except to regions where our carriers will not deliver because of political and arms conflict. You can always send us inquiry when you are in doubt about whether we ship to your region.
We usually ship immediately, or within 24 hours after we received your order, and payment confirmation.
We may contact you to verify that your shipping address you have given us is the correct address to which your purchase will be shipped.
Free Shipping: Only select Free Shipping at checkout if we mark the product, as free shipping. Your product will not be shipped if you select free shipping, when you are to add shipping method of your choice. You can choose other shipping methods, which is different from the method we offer, or recommend when you feel it is;
- - Too slow when you want the product sooner. Select faster method for additional fee.
- - Cost does not warrant the time you actually want the product, in which case, you can choose a slower method, i.e. from Next Day Air, 2-Day Air, Priority Express, or FedEx Express to Flats, Priority Mail, or Ground.
The Estimated Delivery time will show in the Cart Total section during Checkout, and will change as you select different delivery methods.
Our Free Shipping is usually a method that delivers 1 - 5 days, and depending on the region of your shipping address, could take up to 6 - 10 days. You will receive a tracking number to track your package(s) as it travel through the delivery route.
Most products we ship to you will require adult signature to confirm delivery. We understand you can modify how you choose to receive the product with the carrier. This arrangement is understood to be between you are the carrier companies.
We do not ship to mail box. Only USPS (United Postal Service) will notify you through your mail box of a shipment to you. FedEx, and UPS, our other carriers do not ship to mail box address. We may not be able to ship your product if you have provided a Post Office Mail Box.
Our shipping days are calculated based on the days our carriers are providing services and picking/receiving packages.
Tax of Vat: The state (US and Canada), or region (Everywhere else) you live will determine the amount of tax you pay during checkout. mRoadSide Marketplace collect and remit these taxes and Vat to the government. Your taxes will be refunded to you if your item does not qualify for a tax or vat, or the region does require ecommerce tax. (See Terms and Conditions).
Refund Policy
Return for full refund if not satisfied within 30-days.
General Assistance: Please take time to check the sizes of the Apparels listed to ensure they match your body size and build type. Sizes may defer from one apparel manufacturer to another, and for this reason, in addition to the manufacturers' stated sizes, i.e. Small (S) Medium (M) Large (L), X, 2X, or 3XL, etc. we have added physical measurement of the apparel to further reduce the chance of selecting the wrong size of apparel for your body type and size.
Please contact us if you require assistance to setup the item you have just purchased. Do not try to setup your product without completely reading the user instruction manuals
Delays caused by weather, or other routing conditions are not eligible for refunds, except when we are not able to replace the product(s) if damaged, and could not be delivered.
Restocking fee will be assessed on canceled products that are already in transit to you. Shipping fee if applicable will not be refunded, but the tax you paid on the purchase will be refunded.
Undelivered products qualify for a refund, but the shipping charges if any does not, and will be accessed if you have received free shipping. This is when the carrier could not deliver the product(s) due to circumstances beyond your control, such as; bad weather, and accidents.
Some items we sell may carry a No-Refund, Slight Imperfections, such as; Tag hole, Stains, or As-Is statement, if such items are for personal effects, such as under wears, lingerie, and tights, beverages, etc. We recommend that you check the sizes to make sure that these garments match your body size.
Items, which may carry As-Is label are new or used working products that has reached the end of its design cycle (Discontinued), has some cosmetic defects on the products (Broken part), and are being sold at deep discount. The As-Is condition means we are not warranting the product for any given period. Issues with the product(s) will clearly be stated along other materials we are using to present the product to you.
Salvage: Product(s) with salvage condition are products we offer for sale to buyers who thinks they may be able to repair the salvage product, or may need parts to fix other product. Any product we list as salvage may be working sometimes, or not at all, check the condition stated to make sure it is not salvage before you buy. We do not warrant, or offer refunds on salvaged products.
We will assist to locate the product in the event that there has been error in the product destination address, but we will not issue a refund. Insert E. 123, or W. 123 Street. Similar street names and cities are available in more than one state.
Refunds will be issued into the credit card that you have used to pay for the product(s) after we have received the item you shipped back.
Cancellation / Return / Exchange Policy
We will do our best to make sure you are satisfied with your product, and when you are not, we accept returns on products not marked "No Returns, As-Is, or Salvage".
Report any issues you have with your product immediately, or within 2 days.
Check with the manufacturer of the product to redeem warranty services for your product, if you need service after 30-days money back has expired.
If you have purchased extended warranty with your product, check with the company providing the warranty.
You can cancel if the order has not ship, or if payment did not go through.
Any product not paid for will automatically cancel within 2 - 24 hours.
Delivery request to a Mail Box will automatically cancel within 24 hours if a physical address is not provided.
Return with original packaging, unopened.
We will exchange with item of identical model, or of equal value, or refund when the product is out stock.
Please be certain that you have used your correct address to which we will ship all the items
you have purchase from our store. We will assist to locate the product in the event that
there has been error in the product destination address, but we will not issue a refund.
The Marketplace admin will get the carrier and insurance companies involved to remedy the situation.
